SOFT HOME: FROM EMIKO TO A MORE FLEXIBLE VERSION
SOFT HOME is entirely based on the EMIKO construction and assembly system. It uses the same materials and the same technological equipment as EMIKO in a higher-class standard. The key difference lies in the possibility of individual customization of the layout. If none of the existing floor plans suit you, you can collaborate with our designer to create your own SOFT HOME solution.
EMIKO: MORE THAN JUST A MOBILE HOME
Although EMIKO is often referred to as a mobile home, it is actually a prefabricated house with elements of mobility, which is approved as a family house and serves as a full-fledged home. This is a unique feature that no other structure in this category offers. A classic mobile home is not suitable for permanent living. "Year-round residential" does not necessarily mean "for living." EMIKO was designed primarily for living. 80% of our clients purchase it as a permanent home, 15% for rental business (residential use), and 5% for recreational purposes.
SUPERIOR DURABILITY
EMIKO is structurally more stable than a traditional brick building. Sounds unbelievable, right? Additionally, a concrete foundation is not required. Concrete footings, which the client prepares according to our provided scheme, are sufficient as a base.
RODENT PROTECTION? NO PROBLEM!
One common concern among clients is whether rodents can get under the house. The advantage of KODIMA homes is that they are fully encased in sheet metal, preventing any unwanted "guests" from getting in. So, your morning coffee won’t be interrupted by an unexpected Ratatouille.
