What can you customize in a mobile home?
Window Customization
Every EMIKO home allows for layout modifications of the windows – you can choose their size and placement. This flexibility enables you to optimize natural lighting inside and adapt the home to its orientation to the cardinal directions.
Removing a Partition in the Largest EMIKO Version
In the largest version of the EMIKO model, we offer the option to remove the partition between the living room and the adjacent room. This creates a spacious open-plan living area connected to the kitchen, providing an airy and modern living space.
Mirror Layout Option
All our modular homes can be built in a mirrored layout, in any direction. This option allows customers to position their home optimally on the land based on the access road, cardinal directions, or other important factors.
What Cannot Be Customized in the EMIKO Mobile Home?
While EMIKO mobile homes offer extensive customization options, some modifications are not technically feasible:
• The bathroom cannot be relocated to the opposite side of the home.
• An additional room cannot be created next to the bedroom.
SOFT HOME Version – Tailor-Made Solutions for Two-Module Homes
For the SOFT HOME version, the same customization options apply as with the standard EMIKO models. In addition, we offer tailor-made solutions for two-module homes. If a customer does not find a suitable model from our selection, we can design a custom two-module home after consulting with our architect – precisely according to their needs.
Approval and Energy Efficiency of KODIMA Mobile Homes
EMIKO mobile homes are approved as residential homes, as they are not conventional mobile structures. They meet all legal requirements for permanent living, ensuring full home comfort.
Additionally, the SOFT HOME version achieves energy class A0, meaning exceptionally low energy consumption and high efficiency during operation.
